Hey Friends:

I am planning on taking a Chicago to L.A. ride this summer.  I have a couple of weeks of vacation . . . so that's the plan.

Anybody know of a great route for this trip?

I've looked at all of the Route 66 information . . .but I don't want to spend a lot of time trying to find Route 66 in the states I am heading through.  The route is all but impossible in some states.

Got any ideas?

Brian:

Thanks for the advice on the south and north routes. Have you got a particular set of roads you are taking to LA?

Thanks Brian. I'm trying to see what side excursions would be worth doing. I don't want to just ride straight through.
