- I'm kinda confused. I sent at least 2 request to my local chapter about joining and haven't gotten so much as a thanks but no thanks. I'm getting newsletters e-mail to me, but I don't think I'm a member of the Rescue Rider program. I live in and have e-mailed the Phoenix, AZ chapter for information on joining.
